This booking is inteded soley for new clients and pieces only. If you have an unfinished piece that I have done on you, kindly fill out the RETURNING CLIENT FORM than completing this form. This booking operates on a first-come, first serve basis. Once you received an approved email with my pricing & quote, you will be required a non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your piece and secure your spot in my 2026 schedule. Once you are booked in, my assistant and I will discuess further details with you about the desired design and set appointment dates. Thank you!
